The wrapped on pipe well screen remains the work horse of our screen line with such features as all plastic construction for non-corrosiveness, large open area per foot for maximum velocity, and self-cleaning wire for years of trouble free service. Except for the longitudinal ribs, the wrapped on pipe well screen is identical in quality and construction to our RIB type screen.
Pipe
Pipe perforations are place in a precise pattern to provide maximum inlet area and pipe strength. Manufactured on a pipe base of either Schedule-40 or Schedule-80 to ASTM standards.
Wire
The self-cleaning KEYSTONE shaped wire not only reduces friction, but creates a maximum flow efficiency. The wire is then solvent welded directly to the pipe base. Precision machined slot sizes from .004 inch to .120 inch.
Sizes
Diameters from 1 1/4 inch through 12 inch and in lengths to 10 feet are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Special lengths and end fittings, along with a complete range of points, plugs, threads and packers are also available. We specialize in custom orders for industry, mining and the water well industry.
